We are looking for a User Acquisition (Fresher) to join our team and drive user growth for our mobile games. If you are data-driven, passionate about marketing, and eager to explore the mobile gaming industry, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and user analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns for mobile games across various platforms (Mintegral, Google Ads, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize business efficiency.
Analyze advertising data and in-game user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
Optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies based on market insights.
Collaborate with the Creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
Prepare and analyze reports to assess performance and recommend improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams during different product development stages.

Yêu cầu công việc

Level: Fresher – Full-time, no prior experience required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written & spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
Passion for and willingness to grow in the mobile gaming/app industry.
Knowledge of the global mobile gaming market and emerging advertising trends is a plus.
Final-year students or graduates with a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
