Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry. Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the gaming industry.
Ability to empathize and build strong relationships with employees.
Experienced in operating company tasks such as calculating salaries, bonuses, and working with social insurance.
Experience in implementing employee engagement programs.
Have discipline and commitment to work.
Ability to plan work independently, basic understanding of corporate finance.
